The architectural and construction features

The 17-storey building was designed in a contemporary style, considering the necessary construction standards and the need for comfortable, affordable housing. During the construction, advanced technologies and environmentally friendly materials were used.

The complex has a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, which ensures high seismic resistance of the entire structure, and allows the developer to offer a wide range of apartment layouts.
