I’m Alexey, a real estate agent and the founder of ZHIVI V BATUMI (“Live in Batumi”). I have been working in the Batumi real estate market for over 5 years, specializing in property sales, purchases, and long-term rentals of apartments and houses. ZHIVI V BATUMI is my personal project about real estate and life in the city, built on years of hands-on experience and working closely with clients. I help clients find the right property for their specific goals – whether it’s for living, relocation, investment, or rental income. I value honesty, a personal approach, and long-term relationships with my clients. I’ll be happy to help you find your place in Batumi.
