Residential complex Alpic in Gudauri is part of the large-scale project New Gudauri. Where is Alpic located?

The apart-hotel is designed and built in compliance with the concept of mountain architecture. This means that the building is naturally integrated into the natural landscape of the area, and also harmoniously blends in with the surrounding area. The height of the hotel is 5 floors. During construction, the emphasis is on environmental friendliness and seismic resistance. Cladding bricks, wood, and aluminum panels are used for the facades. Transparent balcony railings and huge panoramic windows with dark frames serve as an additional decoration of the exterior.
On the territory of New Gudauri, of which the Alpic apart-hotel in Gudauri will become part of, a full-fledged infrastructure is planned. This includes:
