The first floor features a spacious living room with a sofa, kitchen, dining table, and TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking and dining. The sofa unfolds and can be used as an extra bed. The second floor has two separate bedrooms: one with a large double bed and the second with two separate single beds. There is also a bathroom on the second floor. Guests have full access to the entire house and its amenities: household appliances, two air conditioners, refrigerator, stove, TV, washing machine, as well as all necessary dishes and utensils. A separate parking space is provided for each guest. Guests can also freely use the common area of the complex, the swimming pool, and sun loungers. Access to the pool and the complex territory is included in the price. There is also a large barbecue area with a table for group relaxation.
