The residential complex on Angisa street in Batumi is a development of the ICA Group. It aims to become one of the most striking new buildings in this part of the city.
The building plot is located about 500 meters from the coast and near the park of Lech and Maria Kaczynski. In this area a diverse entertainment and leisure infrastructure is available. The complex on Angisa street in Batumi from the developer ICA Group is an 18-story building designed in an L-shape. One of the features of the exterior is that the courtyard side of the building has a laconic facade, which is made in an elegant combination of white and gray colors. However, from the side of the street, it looks different, because in that part in the decoration of the facades the main role is given to a more saturated and noticeable orange color.
The building has underground parking that can accommodate about 100 cars. There will also be parking spaces in the courtyard, where, in addition, an area with landscaped greenery is planned. The entrance to the complex is equipped with a barrier, the yard is fenced and closed to strangers.
