I will rent my studio for 3 months. I am NOT a realtor. The apartment has everything that 95% of rental apartments do not have. There is a bath, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave oven, an oven, a DRYER (dry things), the apartment has gas and a heated floor, a large refrigerator, a 65-inch TV, a bed with a new mattress, an air conditioner and a dehumidifier, and I'll leave the computer (you can play it with gtx4070super). The house is new in 2025. People are just moving in and renovating, but I have everything 100% ready. I have already lived here for several months. Check-in is only on December 20 (when I have a plane flight before that I live here). You pay and utilities.
