Everywhere in the apartment there are panoramic windows with sea views, 12th floor. Warm floor. Each room has air conditioning. The view terrace is 14 square meters - you can walk. It also has furniture. Closed protected area: 14 hectares of gardens, palm trees, greenery + another 5 hectares were purchased, and the Batumi Botanical Garden is being built nearby Private beach On-site water park !!! Several free co-working spaces on site (for remote workers) The most beautiful and functional infrastructure is an entertainment center (own (!) an accessible cinema, billiards, bowling, children's rooms; there is a room with slot machines for children and adults, there is even a Sony Playstation) Children's playgrounds Everything for fitness/sports - tennis courts, football field, volleyball court, several swimming pools, including indoor. Lots of open spaces, a gym is being rented out in 2025 The SPA center is the biggest in Georgia! They are being rented in 2025 There is a year-round restaurant on the 19th floor. There are seasonal café-bars and restaurants - there are 7 of them. I rent without the right to sublease. A relative lives in the next building - she'll check it out. No pets. Children over 7 years old.
