1) Ownership & availability
I am the sole owner of this apartment – one and indivisible ;)
I rent it monthly (during summer) and/or long-term. It is available from the second week of May.
2) One key requirement – responsibility
• My responsibility is to interact with you as a landlord on a win-win basis, as much as possible.
• Your responsibility is timely payment and taking good care of the apartment (normal wear and tear is, of course, taken into account).
3) Viewings
Before an in-person viewing, I suggest a video call so we can get acquainted and understand whether we are a good fit as counterparts.

No subletting allowed. A relative lives in the neighboring building and will monitor this.
6) Security deposit
For long-term rentals, the deposit depends on the move-in period:
• off-season: standard deposit (1 month)
• moving in before summer: deposit may be higher, with the extra portion refunded after the 3 summer months.
