In the village of Makhinjauri, located 1.5 km from Batumi, the construction of a new modern residential complex with a futuristic design and panoramic views of the sea and mountains has begun.
Where is the complex located?
The exact address of the new building is Molodezhnaya Street No 2. The building is located only 70 meters from the embankment.
What's around?
The length of the seaside village of Makhinjauri along the Black Sea coast is roughly 1.5 km, and the new building is located almost in the very center of the village. This means that the facilities that the village has to offer are only a 5-7 minute walk away. With various hotels and different kinds of other tourist accommodation, these facilities cater mostly to tourists. However, the village also has a supermarket, a police department, VTB Bank Georgia, and a large selection of cafes and restaurants. If something is not available here, Batumi is never far away.
What means of transportation are available?
A few minutes from the new building is the Makhinjauri railway station. Public transport stops are even closer. With bus routes No. 10 and 10a leaving every 15 minutes, you can get to most areas of Batumi, as well as the airport and the Botanical Garden.
