Location of the residential complex

Genesis Cottage is a cottage community located in the village of Kapreshumi in the Khelvachauri district of the Adjara Republic. It is situated at an altitude of 280 meters above sea level, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains, forest and sea. Various cottages with sizes ranging from 177.3 to 241.4 square meters are available for sale. The height of each residential floor is 3 meters, while the basement level is 2.6 meters. The houses feature well-thought-out functional layouts.
