Goderdzi Ski Villa is a new apart-hotel on the territory of one of the best ski resorts in Georgia.
Where is the complex located?
Goderdzi ski resort is located 250 km from Tbilisi and 100 km from Batumi at an altitude of 2027 meters above sea level. It is a great place for winter sports. Local ski slopes are considered one of the best in the country and are ready to compete with the world's best resorts. The total length of the tracks is about 8 kilometers, and modern lifts provide transport to the slopes.
What are the project features?
Goderdzi Ski Villa is being built on a 558 m2 plot. The apart-hotel is designed for 20 rooms, which will be located on three floors. A stylish combination of wood and stone is used both in the decoration of the facades and in the decor of the interior. This is an excellent complex that fully matches the style of the resort.
