The residential complex Old Batumi has an advantageous location on Lermontov Street No. 71/73. From here, it is a little more than 1 km to the seashore as well as to the Batumi City Hall and the historical center of the city.

How to get around?
In 300 meters from the building is Chavchavadze Street, with a stop for bus route No. 16. Using this line you can quickly get to the airport and the villages Gonio, Kvariati, and Sarpi.
