Near the new building is all the necessary infrastructure, including grocery stores, a supermarket, cafes and restaurants, a pharmacy, and a bank branch. Within a kilometer are the ethnographic museum, an amusement park, school number 25, and the Batumi medical center.
Within ten minutes you can drive to the beaches and the main entertainment facilities of the city - Luna Park, Lake Ardagani with the dancing fountains, the water park, the Batumi Shopping, and Entertainment center, and numerous restaurants.
There is a bus stop in about ten minutes’ walk and not far from the new building you can find bus routes No’s 16 and 17.
Batumi International Airport is located at a distance of two kilometers. The trip by car to the central railway station and the bus station will take eighteen minutes.
Railway House on 101 Khalvashi in Batumi is a twelve-story building, which is being built using advanced technologies from environmentally friendly modern materials.
The new building has a pitched roof covered with metal tiles, a solid foundation, and a reinforced concrete monolithic frame. The outer walls are insulated with a durable heat insulator, which, in combination with the energy-saving glazing of the windows, ensures high energy efficiency and a decent level of comfort in the apartments. The facade is covered with bricks and decorative plaster.
The new building is equipped with a modern fire alarm system and two passenger elevators. The project provides sufficient parking. The stained-glass glazing of the lower floor from the street side provides a spacious effect. The building is also equipped with the necessary technological equipment and engineering communications.
Driveways and footpaths are laid along the adjacent territory. Trees and ornamental shrubs are planted while street lanterns are installed on the premises. In addition to covered parking, there are ground parking spaces for temporary parking.
The available apartments range in size from 51 to 73 square meters. The one- and two-room bedroom units come with carefully thought out practical layouts and black frame finish.
The window profiles are made of multi-chamber plastic and fitted with double-glazed glass. The balconies are not glazed. The corner units have large outdoor balconies.
The apartments can be purchased by making a lump-sum payment. It is also possible to opt for an installment plan for 12 or 18 months, with a required down payment of 30%. More details about the sales can be found at the sales office.
The construction work is carried out by LTD Sakhli Kakhabershi, which operates on the territory of Batumi.
