The complex is situated on 30 Zhiuli Shartava Avenue in Batumi and is being built near the New Boulevard, 1300 meters from the Black Sea coast. The surrounding area mainly consists of mid-rise buildings. There is no heavy industry in this area but the highway passes near the new building. The Argo cable car and the Batumi Sea Port are about 3.5 km away.

Within walking distance of the complex are shops, supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants, fast-food establishments, bank branches, pharmacies, and the Referral Hospital, as well as two secondary schools. The Dynamo Stadium is 800 meters away and Batumi International University Hospital is less than a kilometer away. The Republican hospital and a dental clinic are within 1.5 km.

In a 10-15 minute walk, there are many preschool and educational institutions - kindergarten "Hakuna Matata", school number 9, the Georgian-American school, Batumi International University, and gymnasium "XXI Century".
