Residential complex House on Megobroba 8 is a mid-rise building with large apartments, situated 250 meters from the sea.
The new building is being constructed in the village of Makhinjauri on 8 Megobroba Street. Low-rise buildings and green spaces surround the complex. This is an ecologically clean area without harmful industries. All the necessary infrastructure is within walking distance. The fairly busy motorway and railroad are about 200 meters away.
There are many hotels and a police station in the neighborhood of the new building. Within 300 meters there are shops, a supermarket, a bank branch, cafes and restaurants, a hospital, and a pharmacy.
