Information about the project
Residential complex House on Megobroba 8 is a mid-rise building with large apartments, situated 250 meters from the sea.
Where is the complex located?
The new building is being constructed in the village of Makhinjauri on 8 Megobroba Street. Low-rise buildings and green spaces surround the complex. This is an ecologically clean area without harmful industries. All the necessary infrastructure is within walking distance. The fairly busy motorway and railroad are about 200 meters away.
What's around?
There are many hotels and a police station in the neighborhood of the new building. Within 300 meters there are shops, a supermarket, a bank branch, cafes and restaurants, a hospital, and a pharmacy.
In 5-10 minutes you can drive to the "Boni" market, the fish market, the music center, and the large shopping center "Batumi Plaza".
What transportation is available?
From the new building, there is a convenient exit to the Tamar Mepe passage, along which you can get to Batumi in a few minutes. It takes no more than three minutes to get to the nearest bus stop. Here buses No. 8, No. 10, and No. 10A depart with various intervals.
The Makhinjauri railway station is 320 meters away while the "Batumi Central" bus station and the "Batumi-Passenger" railway station are just over three kilometers away. The airport can be reached in twenty minutes by car.

House on Megobroba 8 in Batumi is an eight-story building designed in a modern style and is built using technologies that not only provide the necessary earthquake resistance of the entire structure but also keep utility costs to a minimum. The complex has a reinforced concrete monolithic frame and a flat roof equipped with internal gutters.
During construction, the facade is insulated with a durable and environmentally friendly heat insulator and trimmed with decorative panels and travertine. Granite is used for the facing of the basement. The first floor is decorated with stained-glass glazing.
The apartments have open balconies with metal railings while there are also balconies with tempered glass railings. Large metal-plastic window frames with energy-saving glazing are installed, which provides excellent insulation of the rooms.
The residential building is equipped with a low-noise passenger elevator and a fire-prevention system. The necessary communications are connected, including gas supply.
Amenities and facilities
Lawns and flowerbeds with ornamental plants are part of the landscaping near the building. Furthermore, there are street lighting fixtures installed that match the style of the new building's appearance. Pedestrian paths and driveways are also provided.
