The building will be completed in white frame condition. All utilities will be installed according to the plan, with electrical wiring brought into the apartment without internal distribution.
The exterior perimeter features energy-efficient Ytong blocks, further insulated with 5 cm of EPS. The roof will have 15 cm of EPS insulation, and the parking deck will include an additional 10 cm of EPS for enhanced thermal performance. Window profiles will be made of high-strength aluminum with energy-efficient double glazing.
The courtyard and open street-side areas will be landscaped with Italian seedlings and shrubs. Construction is scheduled for completion within 4–5 months.
