Tatyana Perminova. Real estate investment expert in Batumi.
14 years in real estate, 100-130 closed deals per year, half of them remotely.
I help you find a property for your purpose and budget: apartments for rent, purchase under construction, resale before rent. If you take it for yourself, I'll calculate the profitability anyway: any home by the sea sooner or later becomes an asset.
What is included in the work:
market analysis and selection of an entry strategy
calculation of profitability before the deal: loading, expenses, clean access to hands
developer verification: permits, deadline history, who is building
transaction support to keys and transfer to rental management
I work full-time in Batumi, Chakvi and Gonio: I go to the site, shoot videos, and show what is not visible in the renders.
