Residential complex on Guramishvili Avenue, 78 in Tbilisi – a new building by the developer Saba+, rising sixteen stories and designed in a style that fits harmoniously into the surrounding architectural environment.
The apartment building is located near the Guramishvili metro station, thirteen kilometers from the city center. The development borders an industrial zone, with the avenue just a few dozen meters away. A bus stop is located in close proximity to the complex.
