Information about the project
Residential complex on Guramishvili Avenue, 78 in Tbilisi – a new building by the developer Saba+, rising sixteen stories and designed in a style that fits harmoniously into the surrounding architectural environment.
Location
The apartment building is located near the Guramishvili metro station, thirteen kilometers from the city center. The development borders an industrial zone, with the avenue just a few dozen meters away. A bus stop is located in close proximity to the complex. Six bus routes operate along the avenue, with a minimum interval of fourteen minutes. The development offers convenient access to the Didube bus station – one of the largest transport hubs in Tbilisi.
Nearby are the European University, a police station, and a cardiology center. There is also a large chain supermarket, the Sakhioba theater, a restaurant, and beauty salons. Very close to the complex are Abkhazia Public School No. 3 named after V. Vekua and public school No. 48. The area has plenty of grocery stores and pharmacies.
Architecture
The building has high seismic resistance ensured by a monolithic reinforced concrete frame. The facade is insulated with an efficient thermal insulator, and panoramic windows and balcony doors are fitted with energy-efficient double glazing. The development is equipped with modern engineering systems, and entrances feature high-speed silent elevators.
Territory improvement
Near the building there are spaces for temporary parking, as well as driveways and pedestrian paths. The complex includes:
- large underground parking;
- children’s play area;
- recreation area for adults;
- shops and other commercial facilities located on the ground floor.
Trees and decorative plants are planted throughout the territory, and street lighting is installed.
