The apartment is equipped with top-quality household appliances (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer combo) and a smart security video monitoring system. It features a very large 85 sq.m. terrace. The terrace is fitted with a pergola-style roof and also has a large umbrella. There is a table, chairs, and a grill on the terrace.
The apartment has two bedrooms. One of them has a private bathroom, and the second one is currently set up as an office, but it can be converted into a bedroom upon request (at our expense). The second bedroom also has its own walk-in closet/storage space.
There are two bathrooms in total: one en-suite and another for guests, accessible from the living area. The apartment is serviced by a cleaner on a monthly basis (or more frequently, if desired).
The yard includes a shared parking area secured with a barrier. Additionally, under the terrace, there is a dedicated electric vehicle charging spot.
