3-room apartment for rent in Tbilisi, Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue — 80 m² for $1,500/month

The apartment is rented for at least 6 months. Restriction on nationality only to Arabs, Egyptians to Afqis and blacks. Russians, Ukrainians, etc. etc. Only half the rental fee is allowed taking into account the advance. Small cats and dogs are also acceptable with an additional half-month advance as well. The rent does not include utilities, you have to pay for it yourself and security services are 25 GEL per month. It is necessary to visit the lawn mower at least once a week. I do not have underground parking however the yard is closed with shingles and parking spaces are permanently available for residents.
