The apartment will be available from January 9, 2026!
It is equipped with high-quality appliances (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer) and a smart security video surveillance system. The property features a very large 85 sq. m terrace, which includes a pergola-style roof, a large umbrella, a dining table, chairs, and a grill.
There are two bedrooms: one with an en-suite bathroom, and the second is currently set up as an office but can be converted into a bedroom upon request (at our expense). The second bedroom also has a dedicated wardrobe/storage space. In total, there are two bathrooms (one en-suite and one guest bathroom).
Monthly cleaning service is provided (or more frequently upon request). The yard offers a shared parking area secured by a barrier. Additionally, there is a dedicated charging station for electric vehicles located under the terrace.
