The apartment will be available from January 9, 2026!
The apartment is equipped with high-quality household appliances (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer) and a smart video security system. It features a very large 85 sq. m terrace. The terrace is equipped with a pergola-type roof and a large umbrella. A table, chairs, and a grill are also provided on the terrace.
There are two bedrooms: one with an en-suite bathroom, and the second is currently set up as an office but can be converted back into a bedroom upon request (at our expense). The second bedroom includes a private dressing/storage room. The home has two bathrooms in total (one master and one guest bathroom).
A cleaning service is provided monthly (or more frequently if desired). The courtyard features a shared parking area secured by a barrier. Additionally, an electric vehicle charging station is available under the terrace.
