The apartment is situated in a quiet and secured area, on the 5th floor of a 6-story residential building (with elevator) and includes: • 3 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • spacious studio-type living room and kitchen • working fireplace • terrace The deposit is 50% of one month's rent and is fully refundable upon expiration of the contract, provided the apartment is returned in the same condition as received.
