Architecture

Archi Kikvidze consists of two towers with 24 and 26 floors, built using earthquake-resistant monolithic-frame construction technology. According to the development plan, the buildings are positioned parallel to each other to form a secure, private courtyard.

The design follows modern architectural trends and complies with fire safety regulations. The buildings are constructed using high-quality, energy-efficient, and durable materials. Walls are made from German-made Itong blocks, which reduce energy use by up to 40%, cutting down utility costs. Facades are finished with stylish HPL panels.

All apartments feature open balconies and panoramic windows. The buildings are fully connected to central engineering systems.

Internal infrastructure
