Residential complex Black Sea Avangard is a new multi-storey building with modern apartments of various layouts, a landscaped territory, and its own infrastructure.
Black Sea Avangard is being built in Batumi in the environmentally friendly and well-developed Airport area, on 25 Rejeb Nizharadze Street, 150 meters from the sea. This is a green part of the city, occupied by mostly low-rise buildings. A busy highway passes 140 meters from the new building and there are no large industrial enterprises nearby.
