Residential complex Rainbow by Wyndham is an apart-hotel located 100 meters from the sea.
Rainbow by Wyndham in Batumi is being built in the Airport area. To be exact, along 1 Adliya street in Adliya village. There is good ecology, no hustle and bustle typical for a resort city, while all the necessary infrastructure is nearby. There are no industrial enterprises around but there is a busy highway near the new building.
There are several shops, cafes, and restaurants in the neighborhood. The Lech and Maria Kaczynski Park is 430 meters away. The Metro City shopping center, supermarkets, and fast-food outlets are one kilometer away. There is a motorcycle track at a distance of two kilometers.
In 5-10 minutes by car, there is a children's hospital, the "Hopa" clothing market, a hospital for adults, comprehensive school №9, a kindergarten, Batumi International University, Batumi International University Hospital, bars, pubs, shops.
There is a bus stop next to the new building where buses No. 10, No.10A, and several minibusses depart with a minimum driving interval of fifteen minutes.
In the peak season, free electric buses will run from the residential complex to the center of Batumi.

The building has a reinforced concrete monolithic frame, which provides good seismic resistance and high operational characteristics. The facades are insulated with an environmentally friendly heat insulator.
The new building has an interesting architectural solution - at the level of the first, second, and third floors, there are colored horizontal balconies curved in the shape of the complex. The balconies on the third floor will be separated by multi-colored translucent partitions. Above that, there are loggias, and fragments of the walls are highlighted in orange. Black panoramic glazing is being provided at the corner of the building.
The complex is equipped with two silent cargo and three passenger elevators (Hyundai & Kone) connected to an additional power supply. This eliminates the possibility of getting stuck in the elevator in the event of an emergency power outage.
The sections of the new building form a closed courtyard that is landscaped with ornamental trees, plants, and flower beds. Children's playgrounds and recreation areas for adults are also set up here.
CCTV cameras are installed throughout the territory and in the building itself. 24/7 security service and concierge operate in the building. There is a round-the-clock administrative service for the apartments.
