Where is Charming Wave located?
Residential complex Charming Wave is located on the embankment of Tsaritsa Tamara 66 in Kobuleti and is a project of real estate development company Luna Building.
The new building is located on the first line from the sea in a quiet and environmentally friendly place. It is only 20 meters from the new building to the sea and the beach.
100 hundred meters away is David the Builder Street, where you can find many different bus routes that serve the entire coastal line.

You can buy an apartment with black frame finish. This means that the unit comes with an entrance door and windows, and communications, such as water and electricity, brought to the apartment. White frame finish of the apartment is available against additional payment. In this case, the buyer will also receive plastered walls, final screed, electrical wiring, sockets, and switches.
