Where is the complex located?
Crystal Building is an apart-hotel, which is at the level of a five-star hotel in terms of comfort and service. The complex will be built on the territory of the resort town of Kobuleti, located about 20 km from the center of Batumi. The building plot is located in close proximity to the coast and the best beaches in the resort area.
What's around?
Literally next door is the Chele Arena stadium and school number 1. A little further is the central hospital. Also nearby are the Simba supermarket, a food market, a museum, and the House of Culture.
Not far from the new building is the Kobuleti railway station.
What are the project features?
Crystal Building in Kobuleti is a modern 32-storey building with a solid monolithic frame and incredibly spectacular architecture. The smooth streamlined shapes are reminiscent of sea waves, set in a calm mood. The hotel will have at least 220 rooms.

Who is the developer?
