The contemporary residential complex Green Cape in Batumi is situated just a 3-minute walk from the sea, a 10-minute walk from the picturesque Botanical Garden, and six kilometers from the center of Batumi, which is the place to find an abundance of culinary and entertainment options.
The complex is located in the Khelvachaur municipality in the northern part of the village of Makhinjauri. Green Cape is at a distance of 8.5 kilometers from the city hall.

The external walls are constructed of effective wall blocks (manufactured abroad) and plastered and painted with special moisture-resistant paints. The facade is insulated with mineral wool slabs, followed by cladding with decorative plaster on a fiberglass mesh.
