Information about the project
The contemporary residential complex Green Cape in Batumi is situated just a 3-minute walk from the sea, a 10-minute walk from the picturesque Botanical Garden, and six kilometers from the center of Batumi, which is the place to find an abundance of culinary and entertainment options.
Where is Green Cape located?
The complex is located in the Khelvachaur municipality in the northern part of the village of Makhinjauri. Green Cape is at a distance of 8.5 kilometers from the city hall.
The E-70 motorway is at 100 meters from the complex which runs along almost the entire coast. From the complex to the railway station "Cape Verde" it is about six hundred meters.
The village has local grocery stores and pharmacies. Many shuttle buses and regular buses go along the highway so it won’t take long to get to Batumi and enjoy the touristic attractions the city has to offer. The bus stop is right next to the Green Cape building.
What is the architectural style of Green Cape?
The residential complex is designed in a modern European style but at the same time takes the local traditions and climate into account. The building has three sections which are seven, nine, and ten floors high. The two entrances are equipped with three noiseless elevators.
The house has a solid monolithic frame made of reinforced concrete. The external walls are constructed of effective wall blocks (manufactured abroad) and plastered and painted with special moisture-resistant paints. The facade is insulated with mineral wool slabs, followed by cladding with decorative plaster on a fiberglass mesh.
The building is provided with modern utilities and is connected to the central city networks.
