Residing in Tbilisi, Green Dighomi rises at 3a Ljubljana Street in the well-developed and rapidly growing district of Dighomi. The Kura River is 500 meters away from the new complex, which is placed next to a busy road. Free of industrial enterprises, Dighomi is an environmentally healthy district packed with numerous amenities and facilities. Right across the street from the new residential development lies a picturesque park, which provides a perfect setting for daily jogs, tranquil strolls, and recharge sessions.
Future residents are sure to appreciate the complex’s favourable location due to the number of amenities nearby that are essential for leading a modern lifestyle, including various types of shopping facilities, 24/7 supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, fast food stalls, hotels, bank offices, pharmacies, general education schools, such as No.130 and No.140, as well as kindergartens.

The new 15-storey building has been designed in a modern style, taking into account the region’s seismic activity.
The complex has been built using advanced technologies, allowing to create comfortable accommodation. To provide magnitude-9 earthquake resistance, the building features a monolithic foundation as well as a solid monolithic framework.
The building comes with a durable insulated façade and a flat unexploited rooftop, covered with waterproofing membranes and equipped with an internal drainage system. Moreover, the new residential development is peppered with metal-plastic windows that feature energy-efficient double glazing. The open balconies come with forged railings.
The new complex is equipped with two freight and two passenger lifts, contemporary utilities, and a fire protection system. The hall and communal areas sport high-quality finishes.
The new building is surrounded by comfortable lounge areas, asphalt driveways, paved footpaths, a wide array of trees, and a modern street light system.
The underground parking provides car spaces for residents, while there is also surface parking available for guests’ vehicles. Furthermore, the ground floor is home to commercial units reserved for urban infrastructure facilities, such as shops, cafés, etc.
The apartments at Green Dighomi come in a collection of well-thought-out modern-style layouts that range in size from 48 to 120 square meters. The ceilings are 3,2 meters high.
The price of the units includes a “white frame” finish, which consists of plastered walls, a screeded floor, electricity supply, and a metal entrance door.
Apartments can be purchased by making a lump-sum payment or paying in instalments. For more detailed information on acquisition options and technical features, please contact the sales office.
