Information about the project
Residential complex Mega City – a modern building with spacious apartments near the sea.
Location
The new building by “Mega City” is located on Inasaridze Street, four hundred meters from the coastline. The distance to the city hall is less than three kilometers.
No fewer than ten public transport routes run near the complex. It takes about thirteen minutes by car to reach the seaport. The central bus station is four kilometers away, and the Batumi-Passenger railway station is no more than seven kilometers away.
There is everything necessary for residents near the new building. The nearest school No. 14 is less than three hundred meters away, and another general education school is located nearby. Within a radius of one kilometer there are three kindergartens, including the “Fabulini” kindergarten studio and the “Master Class” kindergarten. You can spend time with children at the “Euro Park” water park, and a karaoke club is located nearby. There are plenty of shops in the area, and a large shopping center is located eight hundred meters away.
Complex parameters
The residential complex “Mega City” is a twenty-five-storey comfortable building. The house is designed taking into account the specifics of the local climate and modern requirements for energy efficiency.
The building has a monolithic reinforced concrete frame and is constructed on a solid monolithic foundation. The facade of the new building is finished with modern materials, and panoramic glazing of windows and balcony doors is выполнено. The balconies are not glazed.
