Alliance Centropolis is a new unique project from the company Alliance Group.
Where is the complex located?
Residential complex Alliance Centropolis in Batumi is being built in the central part of the city. The exact location is 63 Rustaveli Avenue. The new building is located on the first line from the coast, 50 meters from the sea and next to the beach.

The residential complex will consist of three buildings with a height of fifty floors, united by a stylobate and designed in the same style according to the original architectural project. Construction is being carried out on an area of over 18 thousand square meters.
The skyscrapers are constructed of high-quality building materials. High structural strength and seismic resistance are provided by a reinforced concrete foundation and the monolithic frame. The facades of the buildings will be decorated with stained glass windows.
