Architecture and appearance

The Sea Hills residential complex consists of two 12-story buildings. The buildings are designed in a modern architectural style. The main features of the exterior are spacious terraces and panoramic glazing, offering sea or city views.

The complex is being constructed using monolithic-frame technology. Modern construction methods are being applied. The external walls are made of aerated concrete blocks. The buildings have flat roofs.

Internal infrastructure

The residential complex has a landscaped and secured territory. 24/7 video surveillance is installed on-site. Public areas are equipped with high-speed, low-noise passenger elevators.

The project includes exclusive internal infrastructure located on the ground floor of the complex. Several public transportation stops are located within walking distance, with buses running to Batumi and the airport. Travel time to Batumi International Airport is about 30 minutes by car, and 60 minutes by public transport.
