What are the transport options?

What are the project features?

The fifteen-storey apartment building is being built under the state program "Batumi without barracks" and the project is 100% financed.

The design of the building takes the seismic activity of the region and the local climate into account. The construction company uses modern environmentally friendly materials. The necessary indicators of energy efficiency, as well as high seismic resistance of the entire structure, are provided by the modern technologies that are applied.

The new building has a monolithic reinforced concrete foundation and a monolithic frame. The roof is equipped with internal drainage systems and is covered with roll-up waterproofing. The outer walls are insulated in accordance with modern standards with an effective durable heat insulator while the facade is clad with natural materials and decorated in white and gray colors.

The new building is equipped with modern engineering communications, noiseless elevators with increased carrying capacity, a fire-fighting system, and the necessary technological equipment.

Stained-glass glazing is being installed on the first floor. The interior decoration of the halls and common areas is provided.

You can buy an apartment on the 2nd floor and up. The spacious units come with various layouts and areas but all of them have three-meter high ceilings. The price includes black frame finishing.

Large windows with energy-saving double-glazed glass are being installed. The glazing of the balconies is not provided.
