The external walls, made of aerated concrete blocks, are insulated with expanded polystyrene plates and faced with decorative plaster. The facade is finished in white and dark grey.

The residential complex provides apartments with spacious open balconies with lattice railings. The window blocks are made of a two-chamber metal-plastic profile and glazed with energy-saving double-glazed windows. The balconies offer stained-glass glazed doors.

The apartment building is equipped with a quiet modern passenger elevator. Insulated glass doors are installed at the entrance to the staircase.

The residential complex comes with high-quality interior decoration of the common areas, the latest technological equipment, and the necessary engineering communications.
