House on Paichadze in Tbilisi is located in the Didube district, in the 3rd quarter of Digomi, on plot No. 43/7.
The new building is located next to the Mayakovsky park and 600 metres from the Kura embankment. There are no harmful industrial industries nearby, and the nearest noisy highway is at least 100 metres away.
The microdistrict has a reasonably large number of infrastructure facilities. In the vicinity of the new complex, there are:
It takes 250 metres to the nearest stop along Grigol Robakidze Avenue where the following buses pass: No. 7, No. 15, No. 16, No. 20, No. 21, No. 26, No. 27, No. 38, No. 51, No. 69, No. 84, No. 104, No. 109. At a distance of just over a kilometre, residents can find a bus station, a bus terminal, a railway station and the Didube metro station. Shota Rustaveli Airport is a 50-minute drive away.
The 17-storey building was designed in a contemporary style, considering the necessary construction standards and the need for comfortable, affordable housing. During the construction, advanced technologies and environmentally friendly materials were used.
The complex has a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, which ensures high seismic resistance of the entire structure, and allows the developer to offer a wide range of apartment layouts. The buildings have thick brick walls insulated with expanded polystyrene plates, which guarantee excellent energy efficiency and sound insulation of the building. The facade is finished with decorative plaster and is decorated in dark grey, brown and white colours.
The large windows are glazed with energy-saving double-glazed windows in metal-plastic profiles. The complex provides for rather large open balconies with metal lattice rails.
The building is fully equipped to meet modern requirements. The entrances are equipped with cargo and passenger silent comfortable elevators, fire alarms and the necessary utilities (electricity, water, sewerage, natural gas).
The complex has a landscaped area, where conditions are created for the barrier-free movement of people with disabilities.
The sections of the complex form a partially enclosed courtyard. Ornamental trees and shrubs are planted here while flower beds and lawns are also planted.
Residents can park their car in the underground parking while visitors and guests can leave their vehicle on the ground level parking next to the building.
Lanterns are installed along the paved driveways and footpaths. There is also a comfortable recreation area equipped with benches and small architectural forms, where residents and guests of the complex can relax.
The developer has provided a wide variety of layouts. You can buy a compact studio but it is also possible to purchase a full-fledged apartment with one, two, three or four bedrooms with an area starting from 37 square metres. The new building even offers spacious seven-room units with an area of up to 246 square metres. The apartments have 3-meter high ceilings.
The available apartments are sold with a white frame finish. The units can be purchased by making a lump sum payment. The registration of a mortgage can be negotiated with representatives of the company on an individual basis.
Construction was carried out by Digomi 2007. The company implements projects mainly within the boundaries of Tbilisi.
