Architecture

Also known as the House on Bukhaidze 44g, Old City Panorama consists of three 8-story buildings with a design that combines modern elegance with traditional Georgian elements. The lower levels are tiered into the slope and topped with landscaped terraces, while the upper four floors rise organically with the terrain, creating a dramatic cantilevered effect.

Constructed using a reliable monolithic frame system, the project incorporates energy-efficient materials and the latest building technologies.
