Not far from the sea, on the well-known Batumi Boulevard, the modern multifunctional hotel-residential complex Alliance Privilege is being built on the first line near the Black Sea in Batumi.

What is inside?

This 54-story building stands out from the surrounding urban development not only because of its height, but also for its original architectural design. The complex itself consists of two parts - luxury residential apartments and the five-star Marriott Hotel, which includes 150 rooms and will be located on the first twelve floors. The residential apartments will be located on the 13th to 54th floors.

The internal infrastructure of the new building will be impressive. There will be restaurants, cafes, entertainment centers, conference rooms, a swimming pool, spa and fitness centers, open terraces, casinos, and underground parking. The complex is under video surveillance and security around the clock. The reception, maintenance, and cleaning service are available 24/7.

Near the complex are the main attractions of Batumi: the dolphinarium, a park, and Lake Nurigel. A few meters away is the Seaside Boulevard and the beach.
