2-room apartment for rent in Tbilisi, Shartava Pool House — 60 m² for 700 ₾/month

I can send a video upon request. A beautiful, well-furnished apartment is for rent in Saburtalo, behind the City Hall, for 700 GEL. This is a shared living arrangement with the landlady. The apartment is equipped with all necessary furniture and appliances. The tenant will have an isolated bedroom and a balcony, while the living room and kitchen are shared. The apartment has two bathrooms. Ideally looking for a single tenant.
