The apartment features a high-end renovation, including a storage room and a terrace of up to 30 sq. m with views over all of Tbilisi and the slopes of Mtatsminda.
All furniture is handcrafted and custom-designed, including the kitchen, bed, tables, chairs, and lighting fixtures. Dried oak wood was used for both the furniture and interior finishes.
The apartment has underfloor heating and is finished with oak wood and travertine stone. Both the property and the neighborhood are very cozy, located in a 4-story building with its own front yard.
You can access the walking trails of Mtatsminda Mountain directly from the building, which is perfect for daily nature walks and exercise — in my opinion, the best feature of this home.
The interior was designed by Around the Studio, one of the top design firms in Georgia.
The price is negotiable.
