Archi Isani in Tbilisi is a modern high-class project, aimed at those who value comfort.
The building is located in the Isani district on Navtlugi street in Tbilisi. It is about 500 meters away from the Isani metro station and 300 meters from the Kura embankment. The convenient location of Archi Isani provides easy access to most areas, including the right bank.
Right next door is the Isani Mall, the Carrefour hypermarket, and the World Fitness sports complex. Also nearby are the police station, the registry office, school number 81, several pharmacies, and a large selection of cafes.
The Isani metro station provides a great public transport option for residents of the complex. On Navtlugi street, which is within a few minute’s walk from the new building, you can find bus routes No’s 19, 50, 71, 72, and 101. The Samgori bus station is 1.5 km away.

The area of the building plot is 27,000 m2. Approximately 10,000 m2 will be used to house a recreational area.
During the construction of the buildings, the most modern technologies and materials are used. High energy efficiency of the external walls will be ensured by YTONG® aerated concrete blocks - a unique German-made building material that has 6 times lower thermal conductivity when compared with conventional concrete blocks. This will save about 40% of the energy spent on heating and air conditioning. In addition, the YTONG® units have unique fire safety and can inhibit the spread of fire for 4 hours.
Each of the five houses has its own characteristics and personality. At the same time, they are united by a single stylistic solution, thanks to which the buildings form a harmonious architectural ensemble after completion of construction. Currently, there is information about three of the five houses.
Construction began in January 2016 and is now completed. The maximum height of the buildings is 24 floors. The complex houses 317 apartments, as well as parking for 131 cars. It offers relatively small apartments with standard areas, as well as very spacious units with private terraces.
The house has 21 floors and has a similar architecture to Block A. Construction began in 2017 and was completed in 2020. The building houses 182 apartments and an underground parking space for 132 cars.
On each floor, there are small one-room apartments with layouts in the Euro format, and units of up to 150 m2 with a spacious balcony. The upper floors offer customers spacious penthouses with terraces and beautiful panoramic views of the city.
Archi Isani began to build the third block C in the summer of 2018. It will be significantly larger and visually different from the previously built blocks. It houses 612 apartments that are spread over 18 floors. However, the parking will not be so large as it will accommodate 281 cars.
The selection of apartments for sale is impressive. The smallest one-room apartments with European planning have an area of 53 m2. The largest with a kitchen-living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two spacious loggias measure 135 m2.
Archi Isani is a project of real estate developer Archie. The company is the largest developer in Georgia and was established in 2006. The developer has already completed two dozen projects and almost as many are, at one stage or another, under construction.
