King David is a multifunctional complex that harmoniously combines two towers: the King David Business Center and the King David Residences.
The residential complex "King David" is located in the very center of the capital at Merab Aleksidze Street No. 12. The Kura River flows near the construction site.
The advantageous location of the new building in the central part of the capital allows residents to easily get to any part of the city. At 200 meters from the house is the Queen Tamar Bridge, connecting this part of the city with the districts of Vake, Saburtalo, and the center of the capital. The central railway station is 1.3 km away. A bus stop is located right next to the complex. The nearest metro station, "Technical University", is a 10-minute walk.
King David Residences are surrounded by the central attractions of Tbilisi. In a 5-10 minute walk you can find the Tbilisi Circus, the Dynamo Arena. Boris Paichadze, the Palace of Arts, Heroes' Square, and the Holiday Inn. The location of the new building is distinguished by a rich infrastructure of facilities: the Apollo Cinema, the Theater of Movie Actors named after M. Tumanishvili, Tbilisi State University, Sports Palace, KD Cafe, and a large supermarket.
King David Residences in Tbilisi consists of two magnificent towers, one of which is a premium residential building, the second is a business center. The buildings stand out due to their elegance and impressive glass walls.
The contemporary high-rise residential tower with 32 floors is built using monolithic frame technology. This tower houses residences with floor to ceiling windows. Residents can enjoy views of the old and new parts of the capital and Mount Kazbek.
King David is a unique environment where apartment owners can work, live, and play without leaving the complex. The new building is accessible for residents only. Concierge service and a professional facility management company arrange all services on the premises.
The towers have their own amenities and facilities:
At the King David Residences in Tbilisi, you can buy luxury apartments with a free layout. Due to the floor to ceiling windows, the apartments have a bright atmosphere. The dwellings are equipped with separate bathrooms, dressing rooms, and kitchen studios. The available apartments range in size from 79-314 square meters.
The high tower houses one- and two-room apartments (from floor 4-16 and from floor 19-28), 4 duplexes (floor 17-18), and penthouses, located on floor 29-30.
King David Residences is a project of real estate development company Rezid Holding, which commissioned the complex in 2017. You can learn more about this project and see photos of the complex on the official website.
