King David is a multifunctional complex that harmoniously combines two towers: the King David Business Center and the King David Residences.
Where is the complex located?
The residential complex "King David" is located in the very center of the capital at Merab Aleksidze Street No. 12. The Kura River flows near the construction site.
What transportation is available?
The advantageous location of the new building in the central part of the capital allows residents to easily get to any part of the city. At 200 meters from the house is the Queen Tamar Bridge, connecting this part of the city with the districts of Vake, Saburtalo, and the center of the capital. The central railway station is 1.3 km away. A bus stop is located right next to the complex. The nearest metro station, "Technical University", is a 10-minute walk.

King David Residences are surrounded by the central attractions of Tbilisi. In a 5-10 minute walk you can find the Tbilisi Circus, the Dynamo Arena. Boris Paichadze, the Palace of Arts, Heroes' Square, and the Holiday Inn. The location of the new building is distinguished by a rich infrastructure of facilities: the Apollo Cinema, the Theater of Movie Actors named after M. Tumanishvili, Tbilisi State University, Sports Palace, KD Cafe, and a large supermarket.
