Information about the project
CH64 residential complex in Tbilisi – a multifunctional development by the developer Redix.
Where it is located
The new development is located in the Vake district – one of the most environmentally clean and well-developed areas. Vake Park is just five hundred meters from the complex, and Mziuri Park is about eight hundred meters away.
There is a bus stop near the complex, and nine routes run along Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue. The city center is no more than three kilometers away – without traffic, the drive takes about five minutes.
Nearby are: Beka's School, Contemporary Education Academy, Georgian American School, public school No. 55, Barista School Georgia, David Agmashenebeli University of Georgia, the Georgian cuisine restaurant Tabla Salon, David Tatishvili Medical Center, David Abuladze Georgian-Italian Clinic, and Adult Hospital No. 9. The multifunctional complex CH64 consists of two buildings – a four-star hotel with 160 rooms, and a twenty-story residential building with apartments featuring a variety of ergonomic layouts.
