Restaurant Qalaqi, which has been operating since 2016, is the first Michelin-starred restaurant in Georgia. "Qalaqi" totally consists of 3 floors and can accommodate about 200-250 people. The project area is 1500 square meters and 19 meters high. The restaurant has both a staircase and a moving walkway for people with disabilities, and the interior space has 2 elevators, one of which is for guests (as well as stairs to climb to the floors) and the other is used by the kitchen to transport meals. The restaurant is located in the old part of the city, which is distinguished by its architectural diversity. The main concept of the Kalaki restaurant is the synthesis of the classic Franco-Italian architectural style and the traditional, diverse Georgian style and the transformation of different spaces under one roof. One of the important pillars of the project is the atrium, the character of which repeats the characteristic atmosphere of the old Tbilisi courtyard.
