Construction is underway in Batumi on Pirosmani Street, house number 17. In the first block, floors 1 to 15 are reserved for hotel accommodation while the apartments are located on the upper floors. In the second block, the 1st to the 4th floor are reserved for retail and offices and the residential apartments can be found from floor 5 and up. Each block has 4 elevators, 3 for passengers and 1 for freight. The interior of the common halls is decorated with natural granite and porcelain.
