The residential complex La Quinta by Wyndham is a new large-scale project of premium hotel-type apartments from developer Elt Building.
Where is La Quinta Located?
Construction is underway in Batumi in the immediate vicinity of the new Seaside Park and Adliya Street. Located on the first line from the coast, it is no more than 100 meters to the sea. The resort is relatively far from the center, but the quality of life here is excellent. There are not many tourists here while the necessary infrastructure, social and entertainment facilities are all widely available.
What's around?
The map shows that many new hotels and other tourist complexes are being built in this part of the complex. Nearby is the large shopping center Metro City, a casino, and a large selection of cafes and restaurants. You can go for a walk in the nearby park or go for a stroll along the coast.
Transport
Public transport here is represented by two bus routes - No. 10 and 10a. These lines run through the whole territory of Batumi, allowing you to get to the airport, bus station, railway station, as well as the Botanical Garden ( which is located outside the city). The complex is located only 2 km from the airport. This is a significant advantage because you can get there by car in only 5 minutes.
