Multifunctional residential complex Mziuri Gardens - comfort and style in every detail.
The new building will be located on a plot of 15,000 square meters, on the territory of the former sanatorium in the resort of Makhinjauri. The distance to the coast is literally a few meters. From the windows of most apartments, there is a breathtaking view of the coast and neighboring Batumi, which is about 6 km away from the complex.
The territory of Makhinjauri is relatively small, and the amenities provided here are mainly focused on comfortable rest. There are a large number of cafes and restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacies, and several bank branches.
Just 2 km from the building is the vast green area of the Botanical Garden, which is one of the most visited places in the suburbs of Batumi.
You can comfortably get to Batumi by car or by public transport. For the buses, you can use routes No. 10 and 10a, which provide transport to the railway station, the central bus station and Batumi International Airport. Furthermore, a separate electric bus route will be operated for residents of the complex, which will regularly go back and forth to Batumi.
Mziuri Gardens in Makhinjauri consists of three sections with a height of 11 floors each. In one of these sections, the hotel will be located while the other two are reserved for residential apartments. The buildings are energy-efficient designed which helps reduce utility costs. They also have a decent level of sound insulation, adapted to the local climate. The materials used for the interior decoration of the common areas further enhance the stylish design of the complex.
The on-site amenities include:
A large part of the complex will be occupied by an extensive recreational area with a pine grove and unique vegetation. A modern video surveillance system is used to guard the safety of the residents and the fire protection system meets modern standards.
Most of the apartments for sale are comfortable studios with an area of 43 m2 that come with comfortable layouts and a balcony. There are also units available with one or two bedrooms. The apartments are transferred to the owners in a green frame state, which includes:
Apartments can be purchased as an investment and owners can earn income from renting it out. Representatives of the developer provide services related to property management.
The author of the project is the British company MRMU, for which Mziuri Gardens was the first project in Adjara.
