Where is Mziuri Gardens located?
The new building will be located on a plot of 15,000 square meters, on the territory of the former sanatorium in the resort of Makhinjauri. The distance to the coast is literally a few meters. From the windows of most apartments, there is a breathtaking view of the coast and neighboring Batumi, which is about 6 km away from the complex.
What's around?
The territory of Makhinjauri is relatively small, and the amenities provided here are mainly focused on comfortable rest. There are a large number of cafes and restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacies, and several bank branches.
Just 2 km from the building is the vast green area of the Botanical Garden, which is one of the most visited places in the suburbs of Batumi.
What are the transport links?
You can comfortably get to Batumi by car or by public transport. For the buses, you can use routes No. 10 and 10a, which provide transport to the railway station, the central bus station and Batumi International Airport.
