Information about the project
Mziuri Residence residential complex in Tbilisi – an original project of a comfortable building by the developer IGS Group.
Parameters
The Mziuri Residence complex has been in operation since early 2018. The development is a ten-story building in the shape of a truncated pyramid, where all apartments from the fourth floor and above have private terraces.
The building has high seismic resistance due to a strong monolithic reinforced concrete frame and foundation.
Large full-height panoramic windows ensure efficient use of daylight and offer beautiful views.
Where the development is located
The complex is located in the Vake district on Chavchavadze 1st Lane and borders Mziuri Park. The city center is about four kilometers away. The area features excellent ecology and well-developed infrastructure.
Public transport is well organized here. Nine routes run along Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue, with regular service at a minimum interval of eight minutes.
Near the complex there are numerous grocery stores and supermarkets, as well as Hospital No. 9, the CITO medical center, the Heart and Vascular Clinic, and several other medical institutions.
Families with children can also feel comfortable – public school No. 55 is located just one hundred fifty meters away, and the Mykhailo Hrushevskyi Ukrainian-Georgian Public School No. 141 is less than four hundred meters away. Nearby there are also kindergartens No. 1 and No. 137.
