The residential development is a kilometre away from a picturesque park and Lake Lisi. Meanwhile, the distance between Project Nucubidze and the Kura River is slightly over 3,5 kilometres.

What are the nearby facilities and amenities?

The new complex is surrounded by a wide array of shops, including grocery stores and a minimarket, as well as a gas station, cafés, fast food spots, and hotels.

The new development is equipped with all the necessary utilities, including a central heating system and gas supply. Moreover, the building features a low-noise passenger lift and a fire protection system.

The large, double-glazed metal-plastic windows bathe each room in natural light. The open balconies come with straight-line metal railings.
