Green District in Gldani is a relatively modest project, ready to offer housing with the most thoughtful level of comfort and quality.
Green District in Gldani is located on the territory in the 1st quarter of the Gldani district in Tbilisi. Although the location is located relatively far away from the center, it has a high level of development and excellent transport accessibility. From here, it is only 4 km to the border of the city and some vast green areas while the Tbilisi reservoir is about 3 km away.
Around the new building are all the necessary facilities for everyday life. The map shows that in the neighborhood you can find school number 79, as well as schools number 39 and 174, which are a little further. Several kindergartens also operate within a 5-10 minute walk. There is a wide variety of shops in the area. Nearby are the shopping centers “Champion 2004”, “Champion 2006”, “Fresco”, “Mega Center Gldani”, “Ahmeteli”, as well as supermarkets “Nikora”, “Populi” and others. Also nearby is an excellent selection of cafes and restaurants, pharmacies, and bank branches.
Metro station "Theater Ahmeteli" is only 700 meters away. The Gdansk bus station is three minutes on foot. With some of the main road arteries of the capital nearby, such as Aleko Gobronidze, Ramaz Shengeliya, and Omar Khizanishvili, it is easy to get to any part of the city.
Green District in Gldani in Tbilisi consists of three mid-rise buildings of 7 floors. The buildings have a solid monolithic frame. For the decoration of the facades, the developer plans to use red brick, which effectively contrasts with the dark grilles of the balcony fences.
The buildings provide underground parking for residents and there is a commercial area on the ground floor. The spacious playground is available for the younger generation while the territory will be decorated with landscaped greenery and recreation areas.
The area of the apartments ranges from 38.8–114.9 m2. Each unit has a spacious living room combined with the kitchen area, separate bedrooms, and a comfortable balcony. In some layouts, the living room is a passage room i.e. that you can get into other rooms through it. During construction, buyers have the opportunity to order an individual custom layout.
Green District in Gldani is a project of real estate development company Pala Group which was founded in 2014 and operates in Batumi and Tbilisi. Each project of the developer aims to be in demand among real estate buyers while offering something that will not leave you indifferent. The apartments can be purchased with an installment plan or a mortgage. Details can be found in the sales office of the developer or on the official website.
