The new building is located in the 4th quarter of the Didi Digomi, on Tsar Mirian Street 111 in Tbilisi. The location is characterized by comfortable ecology and good transport accessibility. The building density is low and the complex is mainly surrounded by cottages and private houses.
The infrastructure nearby is not as diverse as in the center, but most of the things needed in everyday life are within walking distance. The area is home to School number 192, the Eco Mart grocery store, the Ori Nabiji supermarket, and the St. Nicholas Church.
Bus routes No. 14, 15, 21, 32, and 54 run along Tsar Mirian Street. By car, you can quickly go to Agmashenebeli Alley, which is 3 km away. The nearest metro station, “Sarajishvili”, is more than 5 km away.
The residential complex on Tsar Mirian 111 in Tbilisi is a relatively small L-shaped building with 8 floors. Construction is carried out using monolithic frame technology. The architecture is modern and gray materials are used for the decoration of the facades, providing a stylish and dynamic look.

There are only 31 apartments in the new building. The units come in the form of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments with an area from 47 to 82 m2. There are several layout options but most of them, the kitchen area is integrated with the living room. However, it is possible to separate them.
